5. Caviera
Caviera is one of the scariest operator in Rainbow Six Siege that you will face in casual (quick match) or ranked games. Caveira is packed with great abilities of silent steps which muffles your foot steps sound which give you the ability to be “The Sneaking God”.
And on the top of this, she has ability to interrogate injured attackers and if it successful, it gives away the position of the entire attacking team. With her M12 SMG that deals 40 damage with 550 RPM (Rounds Per Minute) firerate along with SPAS-12 shotgun that can be used to make quick rotation hole or break map hatches. But Caviera unique weapon is the Lusion which deals 65 damage per shot. Making it a very hard-hitting weapon if used correctly.
4. Echo
Echo is one of the best denial defensive operator and the most annoying operator to deal with in Rainbow Six Siege. Echo comes with the Yokai drone ability which is a loaded drone on defense with the ability to stick to a flat roof surface and cloak itself with the surroundings. It also has its signature ability which is the ultrasonic burst that disrupts attackers line-of-sight and disables them from any ongoing actions such as planting which makes him a great defensive pick.
Echo’s main weapon is the MP5SD SMG that deals 30 damage on 800 RPM (Rounds Per Minute) firerate, along with the Supernova shotgun. And echo is one of the few operators with an SMG secondary in the Bearing 9.
3. Bandit
Bandit is the most efficient counter to the hard breach gadget. Bandit is one of the most useful operators you can have on defense. Bringing his CED-1 car battery to electrify and wall, barbed wire, or deployable shield to counter Thermite, Hibana, and drones. This ability is one of the requirements of winning certain objectives across all map and without bringing abandoned objectives like snowmobile on Chalet, you gonna have a massive hole looking right into the objective that you now have to counter.
Bandit’s weapon is the MP7 SMG which deals 32 damage on 900 RPM (Rounds Per Minute) firerate, along with the M870 shotgun. In the secondary area Bandit has the P12 pistol which is a great secondary to finish off your kills.
2. Doc
Doc is arguably one of the most “OP” (Over Powered) operator in Rainbow SIx Siege at the moment. Starting with his ability he is the only defender with the capability of healing his teammates, giving them 40 health back.
Doc wouldn’t be the best operator without his MP5 SMG with an ACOG sight. MP5 is an amazing weapon that deals 27 damage on 800 RPM (Rounds Per Minute) firerate. With the amazing ACOG sight for defense, he is an amazing operator to use for spawn peeking, or holding angles.
1. Jager
And on the top of the list is Jager. As you probably predicted, Jager is an obvious number ONE pick. Jager brings his ADS (Active Defense System) gadget which is a deployable device that destroy two throwable attacker devices and he has three of these devices which gives him a total of six denials of throwable objects like frag, flash, and smoke grenades.
Jager has the best gun you can use on defense, the 416-C Carbine. This weapon is one of the two only assault rifles on defense and Jager is an obvious superior pick. 416 Carbine deals 38 damage on 740 RPM (Rounds Per Minute) firerate. Combining him with the P12 pistol which is also a great secondary that makes him one of the best damage dealing in Rainbow Six Siege.
